Plants & Synths at Just So!

Hosted by Laura Pullig

We are delighted to bring SHIFT to the Just So festival with our friends at Wild Rumpus!

Ever heard of a moss symphony? Or how about an ensemble of plants?

Join us and make your very own music from the greenery around. There will be demos of plant speakers and you can test out a paper prototype of a plant synth kit…

Come and try out the plant synths and create music by interacting with plants to make interesting sounds.

The ‘Plants as Performers’ residency is supported by Arts Council England.

Laura Pullig is currently resident at Metal, Liverpool exploring plants as interfaces and performers.

She has been working with Adam Cooper to create analog electronic instruments which can be attached to and played by touching plants.
